Shipping Address data in One Page Checkout

TICKET SUMMARY

ISSUE: Currently there is no field for email or phone number in 1PC for the
Shipping address.
Chris says this is a field that is frequently needed, especially for business
to business transaction where the shipping contact information is often
different from the billing contact into.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Gogoods.com >> place product in the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Log into customer account (fredk@zoovy.com , pw zoovy)

Set the the Ship to Billing Address to No.

RESULTS:
The Shipping Address form does not include fields for Phone Number or Email
address.

NOTES:
A thought is that perhaps the Phone Number and Email Address fields in the
Shipping address could be connected / triggered by the Company field, so that
if the Company field is configured, the Phone # and Email Address become
accessible (this behavior would be similar to how the Purchase Order payment
options becomes available when the Company field is configured).

As discussed with Fred last week, I don't think it's a good idea to reconfigure One Page Checkout for all users based on a single user's feature request. I'll leave this open for now.
