Add Cap Controls menu on Cap view page

Description:

Currently, actions like Settings, Download, Add password, and Delete Cap are only available from the dashboard card menu. Once a Cap is opened, these controls are not easily accessible.

It would be great to add a Cap Controls menu directly on the Cap view page header so users can manage the Cap without going back to the dashboard.
