layoutSBML.js expect's all the object should have a group as a parent

LayoutSBML script while tracing the object's parent ( tested for Pools only) it expect parent to be group else it fails to display the layout

CaStores which is in compartment_1 has no group Ca_underCmpt_1.xml when loaded into lwidget.js is gives an error.

the same Ca_undergrp1.xml loads when created a group and CaStores is moved into the group.
